Holiday Pie Class – Saturday, December 12, 11 – 2pm


Hands-on pie making class that will cover fruit, custard and nut pies/tarts. Focus will be on flaky, fool-proof crust technique and well-balanced fillings. Participants we’ll take dough home to bake and fill as desired.

Class will include hearty savory snacks as well as plenty of pie, a comprehensive pie technique and recipe packet and wine!
